What is something you have learned this past year at 10Fold that has aided your success?
The leadership team here at 10Fold read the “The First-Time Manager: Sales” by Mike Weinberg. One piece that stood out was about how managers should be spending most of their time coaching and working with their best people. It was an eye-opening moment that has definitely changed how I spend my time.
What do you hope to learn in the next year?
Right now, I’m focused on making connections with the marketing and communications department heads at San Diego’s local universities. I’ve been living in San Diego for a few years and have a goal of growing our office here.
What was your favorite team activity in the last year?
We did a boat cruise past downtown Austin and got to see some bats fly out from Congress Street Bridge. It was fun to see the entire team!
What was your favorite client accomplishment over the last year?
We work with an incredible team over at SecurityScorecard. Their STRIKE threat hunters consistently develop top-notch research insights, so we set a goal for ourselves to beat the volume of coverage driven by Palo Alto Network’s research team, Unit 42, and achieved that in January. SecurityScorecard had over 100 articles in outlets like NBC News, The Wall Street Journal and Politico.
