What is something you have learned this past year at 10Fold that has aided your success?
Data is power. We are constantly evolving and learning how to use data to improve our hiring process.
What do you hope to learn in the next year?
I’d love to work with our leadership team to get a strong idea of their growth plans and how I can assist with forecasting their hiring needs.
What was your favorite team activity in the last year?
I really enjoyed our last Management offsite, hosted in San Diego. My favorite part was the progressive dinner – tons of amazing food with a great team!
What was your favorite accomplishment you had over the last year?
I’ve interacted with and presented Executive level candidates in recent months, which has led to my promotion to manager!
